Shipping Policy

We use SF Express to ship from Taiwan to China, Hong kong, Macao.

To Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and other Asian countries, North America, Central America, Oceania, the Near and the Middle East, EU Countries, the packages will be sent by EMS.

Notice: Please write the address in Chinese when shipping to Taiwan, China, Hongkong, and Macao.

Orders in Taiwan
Packages are sent by Taiwan Pelican Express, we will charge NT$80 shipping fee once you placed your order.

Orders in Outlying islands of Taiwan
Packages are sent by Chunghwa post registered parcel, we will charge NT$150 shipping fee once you placed your order.

Orders in Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and other Asian countries) & Overseas
Packages are sent by EMS, we will charge shipping fee once you placed your order , priced by package's weight.

Orders in China, Hongkong, Macao
We are currently processing China, Hong kong and Macao delivery through SF Express, cash on delivery.
International shipping rates will be calculated based on the package size, weight of the item, and the destination country and area.

Delivery Days

Delivery days for Taiwan shipment are 1-3 days, for normal international shipments is approximately 7 - 14 days.

To ensure shipment goes smoothly, please confirm that the receiver's information is correct.

We will send an email notification before shipping.

If the postman couldn't reach the receiver when your order arrives, the packages will be returned to the logistics center until the shipping information confirmation.

The failed delivery was due to the wrong receiver′s information, and also we couldn't reach the receiver, the orders will be canceled and refunded.

(The back and forth freight charges will be deducted)

Return Policy

Goods can be returned or refunded within 7 days from the next day after receipt.

(Refunds are only available when there is no genuine product that can be replaced, or after consultation with customer service staff)

The goods should be returned in the same original condition, cleanly packed, and tagged.

Please contact customer service before returning or exchanging the goods.

※Only one return (exchange) service is provided for each order.

※Overseas orders only accept return service of the entire order, no exchange is provided.

※If you want to return or exchange the orders on Taiwan's main island and outlying islands, please contact customer service within 7 days from the next day after receipt to collect the goods. The shipping fee when re-sent is absorbed by us.
